fellows will be encouraged to attend, one of the following courses:

Julie Forman-Kay)
Next time the course will be offered is September, 2012 and then every
two years.
BCH2029, half course (24 hrs)

All trainees are required to attend one of the ethics courses that are
offered at the University of Toronto at least once during their tenure.
Proof of attendence needs to be presented with the Progress Report.
For all Trainees that have not yet taken an ethics course that has already been approved, the only ethics course that will be recognized by the program is available through the "Research Ethics in Health Sciences" course offered by the University of Toronto Office of Research Ethics.
In addition, trainees are expected to attend the regular Protein Folding
seminars during which they will also have the opportunity to make presentations.
A biennial international meeting will also be held as part of this program;
selected trainees are expected to give talks in this meeting.
Evaluation Procedure
During their tenure, trainees will be required to submit brief annual
progress reports (due September 30th for September 1st to August 31th reporting period of every year). Click to download the
progress report form (Progress_Report).
At the end of their fellowship, trainees will be asked to submit a final
report and any manuscripts they have generated. Participating mentors
are also required to submit an assessment of each trainee concurrent
with the trainee’s final report. Click to download the final report
form (Final_Report).
The goals of this evaluation process are (1) to monitor the effectiveness
of the training program and (2) to collect data that could be used to
increase the effectiveness in achieving our targets.
