The following table was developed to assist students and faculty in choosing the correct fund names when adding the funding information in GradSIS. Look in the gray columns for the agency or agencies that fund your stipend as well as your award type. In the corresponding yellow column you will find the name of the award used in GradSIS. In GradSIS do the following:

on page 2 of your agreement click "Add Fund"
an "Add Fund" page appears. Click on the magnifying glass beside "Funds"
a "Keyword Search" window appears. Add some keywords from the "GradSIS Search Match" in the yellow column of this Table (e.g., Research Assistant) and then choose the correct fund. It is automatically entered into the "Add Fund" page of your agreement.
